Hume Planning has successfully secured planning permission for 6 dwellings on a site lying outside the village boundary.

The site was contrary to local plan policy and was not an allocation in the emerging plan, but Hume Planning were successful in presenting a reasoned case to the LPA, demonstrating that the scheme was an acceptable form of infill development.

Hume Planning put together the consultancy team for the client, and successfully addressed to the satisfaction of the LPA, all highway, landscape, ecology and drainage matters, as well as planning and design issues.
