7 High-Quality Apartments Approved In Place Of Old Convent On The North Foreland Estate

Hume Planning have successfully negotiated with TDC for the approval of the demolition of the previous convent and the erection of a building comprising of 7 self-contained apartments.

This scheme will be delivered by Thanet-based, award winning developers TG Designer Homes. The redevelopment of the site will support the delivering of bespoke housing in the District whilst achieving a sensitively designed scheme that has a positive effect on the character of North Foreland and the Area of High Townscape Value
