ANNEXE ACCOMODATION APPROVED IN SARRE

Hume Planning successfully secured permission via delegated approval for the erection of a large extension to create annexe accommodation for an existing property within the historic village of Sarre. The site is located within an area at risk of flooding and adjoins the conservation area, however Hume Planning overcome these issues by ensuring a sensitive design response and providing robust technical evidence to justify the proposals.
