Gibraltar Farm Public Consultation
Outline proposals for residential development of up to 450 dwellings have been prepared for Land at Gibraltar Farm, Gillingham.
The site already has outline planning permission and the current proposal will provide access from Ham Lane (in place of the approved access from North Dane Way). The public were invited to view the latest outline proposals at a consultation event held at Hempstead Library (Community Hub) on the 16th November 2018 between 1pm – 8pm, where members of the consultancy team were in attendance to respond to any queries.
For those unable to attend, or wish to view the consultation material again, the presentation boards are now available to view by clicking on the links provided within the ‘Plans & Documents’ section below.
The feedback form provided at the consultation event has also been digitised to allow further comments to be made.
Final comments on the proposals must be made by the 23rd November 2018.
Before completing this questionnaire, please note that under LPA Ref. MC/18/0556, outline planning permission was granted on the 26th September 2018 for the construction of up to 450 market and affordable dwellings with access from North Dane Way. This provides the context within which the current proposals to re-locate the access from the approved position from North Dane Way to Ham Lane should be considered when providing feedback.
