Your views are sought regarding detailed proposals that are currently being prepared for the mixed use development at the Recreation Ground, Patrixbourne Road, Bridge. The proposal comprises of a new village hall, additional sports pitches, 40 residential dwellings including affordable units and an improved public realm to benefit the existing Primary School and the proposed village hall location. The site has been allocated in the Bridge Neighbourhood Plan.

The public was invited to view the latest proposals at a consultation event held at Bridge and Patrixbourne Church of England Primary School on the 25th June 2026 between 2pm and 7pm, where members of the consultancy team were in attendance to respond to any queries.

The feedback form provided at the consultation event has also been digitised to allow further comments to be made.

Last comments on the proposals should be made by Monday 6th July 2026.
