Hume Planning Nets Permission For Fish Restaurant

Hume Planning has successfully secured planning permission for an extract flue to the rear of a terraced listed property. This application was submitted on behalf of a thriving family business with a long-established restaurant premises following complaints from a residential neighbour regarding noise and odour.

One of many commercial uses within the area which contributes to the vibrant commercial character in this part of the Conservation Area, the restaurant forms a prime location at the heart of the Margate Piazza. With planning permission for the extract flue successfully secured, this restaurant can continue to continue to grow its fine reputation for food and sustainable ethos.
