Monkton Yard Redeveloped for 4 Dwellings

A yard at the edge of Monkton has recently been approved for residential redevelopment unanimously by Thanet District Council’s Planning Committee.  The submission addressed ecological, soil condition, landscape, planning and tree issues and the central case put forward by Hume Planning that the built form would improve the character and appearance of the area, was accepted.  Construction on site is likely to commence later this year.
