Following a successful appeal decision, a terrace of seven properties has been delivered within a historic part of Ramsgate. Originally a bungalow plot, the Inspector found that the quality of architecture would integrate with its surroundings and make a positive contribution to the character and appearance of the conservation area. The development was completed by local developer Kentish Projects. The redevelopment of this brownfield site is of a high quality and represents a positive addition to its local surroundings.
