Maidstone BC has approved a pocket of undeveloped land for 3 executive houses to the rear of the listed Parapet House at a site in the Lenham Conservation Area.

Having been approached to evaluate afresh whether a dwelling could be secured at this site, which had a previous negative planning history, Hume Planning recommended a radically different approach to the layout of the site and set out a clear brief to the architect.
