Housing Redevelopment Approved to “Infill” The Former Filling Station at Woodlands Garage

Hume Planning Consultancy has worked proactively with Tandridge District Council to achieve a detailed planning consent for a redevelopment proposal for nine family dwellings via a delegated decision.

The proposal will make more efficient use of a brownfield site, as encouraged by local and national planning policy, and will be brought forward by a local housebuilder, enabling an immediate positive impact on the district’s housing land supply.

The properties will replace a car MOT facility with nine terraced proprieties within a residential area close to the centre of Salford village. The proposal will serve to create an attractive landscaped street frontage and will also provide local environmental enhancements.
