Demolition of Old Garages Will Make Way for Two Family Homes

Hume Planning has secured delegated approval for two houses within Ramsgate, Kent.

The development will see the replacement of underutilised single storey garages with two storey semi-detached dwellings.

Despite the site’s ‘backland’ location and proximity to a Grade II listed building, Thanet District Council agreed that the development would be in-keeping with the historic pattern and character of the local area.

We are pleased to have assisted in the delivery of housing on a brownfield site which will also add choice to Thanet’s housing stock.
