This forms part of a wider residential development in Foxbury Close, Sevenoaks, located within the Green Belt, National Landscape and Conservation Area, the site provides a new family dwelling within Seal, contributing positively to the character of the area.

Hume Planning Consultancy supported a full application for the erection of a single residential dwelling in St Nicholas at Wade, following a previously approved scheme, in order to amend the design and massing of the proposal.
