Hume Planning Consultancy has recently secured planning permission for the conversion and change of use of an existing agricultural barn to a residential family dwelling. This forms part of a wider residential development in Foxbury Close, Sevenoaks, located within the Green Belt, National Landscape and Conservation Area, the site provides a new family dwelling within Seal, contributing positively to the character of the area.

A Sensitively Designed Dwelling in a Countryside Location

Hume Planning Consultancy supported a full application for the erection of a single residential dwelling in St Nicholas at Wade, following a previously approved scheme, in order to amend the design and massing of the proposal.

Hume Planning Consultancy undertook pro-active negotiations with statutory consultees and the case officer during the consultation period in order to satisfy concerns relating to the proposed landscaping, drainage and highway safety. Hume Planning Consultancy guided the application process to resolve these technical issues through recommending and actioning solutions, resulting in a successful outcome for the applicant.
