Emerging Allocation at Leybourne

Following promotion of this greenfield land parcel for KCC’s Estates Team, Hume Planning is pleased that the draft Tonbridge and Malling Local Plan has allocated the site for up to 70 dwellings, Housing Site Reference MG7. This land was previously designated as an important separating corridor between East and West Malling. Hume Planning has also engaged in pre-application discussions with LPA Officer’s and look forward to assisting in bringing this site forward on behalf of KCC once all technical issues are addressed.
