RESIDENTIAL PLANNING & LAND PROMOTION - SPRING 2026 UPDATE

A fruitful 2025 and a strong start to 2026 for Hume Planning Consultancy have yielded a substantial pipeline of residential projects.

Current project totals are as follows:

  • Planning: 2,652 dwellings on circa. 25 sites across Kent are in planning or at an advanced stage of preparation.

  • Land Promotion: 3,650 dwellings have been included as allocations in emerging local plans at advanced stages of preparation including Medway and Canterbury.
