Historic Barns Set for New Life

Hume Planning Consultancy has secured planning permission for the conversion of underutilised and dilapidated barns into three dwellings on the edge of Margate, Kent.

The proposal supports the continued delivery of new housing in Thanet and makes efficient use of underutilised former farm buildings. The conversion of the barns will also deliver visual, heritage and biodiversity enhancements.
